Our objective is to improve the quality of life, education, health and culture of the community through capacity building.

Capacity building constitutes a key domain of work of CINI. Since inception, CINI Chetana Resource Centre specializes in imparting training to the Government and Non-Government functionaries as one of the pioneer training institute in India.

The primary objective of CCRC is to develop human resource in Government Institutes, Non-Government Organization & Communities through appropriate support in their capacity building in health, nutrition, education and protection. To sustain this process the intervention lays considerable importance on field experience to add to the pool of knowledge & its subsequent percolation. CINI and other partners have made a valuable contribution in enriching the pool from their field experiences that get translated through the participatory sessions. Apart from this, sensitizing different groups within the community through innovative and effective resource materials has also been an intensive process of learning for the institution.

Our resource center cum library is well equipped with 5000 plus different publications, journals, training and IEC materials on education, protection, health and nutrition issues.
